My Beliefs

The body knows how to be healthy

If you give the body everything that it needs, and remove everything it doesn’t need, your body will always move towards better health.  Your body is programmed that way to ensure your survival.

We each have to be responsible for our own health

The lifestyle choices we make, our behaviors and thoughts can have a huge impact on our health.  We each have our own potential for health, and reaching that potential is our own choice… and responsibility.

There are many paths that lead to being healthy

Health means being in balance physically, mentally, emotionally and socially.  Having full vitality and experiencing positive emotions, being engaged with life, having strong relationships, cultivating meaning, and experiencing achievements.  When we do well in each of these areas – we flourish.
